Why is my in-ground baby pool is yellow. the chemical numbers are good and I drained 1/2 and re-fill prior to balancing? Could Baby oils be the problem?

It probably is not the baby oil. The yellow could be from metals such as iron. You could try a metal remover to see if this would help.
