We are having a real tough time in the Northeast with Phosphates & Phosphoric Acids….Been using a variety of Phosphate removers along with clear blue tabs in the pump housing basket also….Any other suggestions that you might have with other chemicals that would assist in ridding the pool of these.

It sounds like you are doing what you can. You might want to experiment with the different phosphate removers as they do work differently and perhaps one can be more effective for your swimming pool.
