I poured CYA directly into my 12×30 vinyl easy set intex pool and its just sitting on the bottom. Will this eat away at the liner?

Granular or liquid? If granular, yes this could cause degredation and/or discoloration of the liner depending on how long it sets. The liquid should dissolve readily.
