I live in Missouri that temperature 100s for about 20th consecutive day last month and this month, why chlorine tablets dissolve so quickly. Is harm to add chlorine tablet more often that was suppose once a week. Should I add shock often too during so hot weather days?

Yes - the heat accelerates the chlorine dissolving. It also will cause the chlorine to be dissolved more quickly. You can certainly add additional chlorine or use larger tabs.
