I have a 3 ring 80"x22" kids pool it turns green, I has no filter at all, how do I keep it clean and from turning green in this heat. what kind of chemicals should I use, I have know idea.

Typically if you are going to add chemicals you really need them to mix before getting in. This is done by pump/filter combo that circulates the water in the swimming pool. If there is no pump/filter, then this is the type of pool designed to drain and refill when there is a problem. Make sure you thoroughly clean any contaminated area before refilling as a small residual can quickly cause another bloom.
