I have a 18×48 above ground intex pool I\’m using the green to blue shock treatment because the pool is filled with visibly green algae…can I add a super shock pack with that, just to make sure it turns crystal clear blue? Will this do any damage?

Answer:

You should be able to add the shock with it as long as the algaecide treatment recommendation from the manufacturer does not specify otherwise. It certainly will not do any damage, the only concern would be if the shock reduces the efficacy of the algaecide, which is unlikely.
