I bought a 8 x 30 Intex pool with no filter.I know you don’t need a filter for this size pool but how can I keep the bottom slime free with not using a filter? I can’t afford to dump the water clean the pool and refill each time the pool has a slimy bottom.

First, I assume that the pool does have a pump to circulate the water. If so, the circulation with the appropriate chlorine level is important. Also, there are floating devices that are designed to collect the debris/organics/scum in the pool that may also help to remove some of these contaminants and prevent slime formation on the floor.
