Hi, We just recently purchased a small inflatable family pool 99in by 67in by 17.3in and we were wondering what precautions we should take to keep the water clean and free from bacteria and algae that does not involve dumping and refilling the pool daily.

Do you have a pump/filter for circulation? If so, you can add chlorine to protect the swimmers and prevent algae, bacteria, etc.
