Both chlorine levels and ph very high and water cloudy .. have had many swimmers and temps over 100 what should I do?
Answer:
The chlorine level should come down naturally and you should wait for this to happen before adding any other chemicals. Remove any source of chlorine until it is in the acceptable range. It is likely also affecting the pH reading and perhaps others so retest these once the chlorine level comes down.
